Sore throat, headache, fatigue, 100.6 fever, congested. cannot tell if i developed allergys or if it a cold?

Most Likely Cold: 32 year old female has, Sore throat, headache, fatigue, 100.6 fever, congested. Cannot tell if developed allergy or if cold? Allergies do not usually give fever. Most likely a Cold due to Viral Infection. Usually Fever/ Headache medications like Ibuprofane/Tylenol help. OTC decongestants like Zyrtec/ Claritin (loratadine) can help. Rest & Warm Fluids like tea/ Chicken Soup also help. If not relieved see MD
