Tamiflu (oseltamivir) can be used: You can use Tamiflu (oseltamivir) to shorten the duration of the illness if she is still within 48hr window of her illness . Otherwise just let it run the course -usually 5-7days to get over influenza. Sporadic diarrhea of a 2 yr toddler , if otherwise still has good appetite and no weight loss is reassuring . Maybe sure you don't give her too much juice , that can cause loose bowl too.
