Antacid: Duphalac is actually a laxative (osmotic laxative) used to treat constipation. This medicine should be reserved for constipation instead of 'a feeling of fullness after eating.' Other issues such as post-prandial gas and reflux can also cause a feeling a fullness. Sometimes simply an antacid, Zantac (ranitidine) or eating smaller portions helps. Try to minimize long term usage of Duphalac.
