Hard to say: By mid parental height he should reach 72" and stop, however if the growth centers in his long bones remain open he may grow taller. Most males stop growing about 16-17 and grow a little over about 2 inches/yr. A growth center study of the bones in his wrist/hand would allow a better estimate of when growth will stop.
