PCOS: You most likely have a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. This is a condition where your body does not make enough Progesterone because you do not ovulate. So you don't have a period. Facial hair, acne are common in this condition as well. You need to see your gynecologist for testing and ultrasound. Birth control pills will help regulate your periods and decrease your hair growth.
