Trying to clarify: Ovulation occurs about 14 days before your menstrual cycle. On a 35 day cycle you would expect ovulation on about day 21. If you had a Progesterone blood test done around day 23 with a level of 35 then this confirms you ovulated a few days before the test was done. A Progesterone level above 10 is consistent with ovulation
