About two weeks: The blood test should be most accurate about 14 days after ovulation. It's possible to get a positive blood or urine pregnancy test earlier than this. But it's not as reliable as the 'two week wait'. A HCG 'trigger shot' can give you a false positive pregnancy test if you test too early, as well.
