Probably not STD: Oral STDs are possible by oral-genital contact. The main STD likely to cause symptoms so fast is gonorrhea, but over 95% of oral gonorrhea causes no symptoms or "white stuff". Your doc probably tested for it (if you told about the oral sex), but expect negative result. Possible herpes if painful sores/ulcers, but would not clear up w/ amoxil (amoxicillin). Most likely it's just a cold, not from the oral sex.
