The concern would be: if there is blood clot formation in the calf. If doppler ultasound is normal no need to worry it will go away gradually. So, see your doctor and get the test done .

Yes: but not right away. It's probably a hematoma which is a blood clot in the tissue. It could be a blood clot in the superficial vein call superficial thrombophlebitis. I can't guarantee that it's not a deeper blood clot in the deep vein in your calf so you should see your doctor.
