Drooling started the day of surgery when the adenoids were removed on my granddaughter who is almost 2 should we be worried. it's been 4 days.

No: swallowing is very painful after the surgery and some drooling as normal sometimes for up to a week. Make sure you discuss your concerns with the ear nose and throat surgeon. Hope she does well. Best of luck.
