Good question: Yes , Avelox is nearly identical to the other two with minor differences. That you are not allergic to Cipro (ciprofloxacin) makes me think that you are no more likely to react to Avelox than any other person, yet I will still take precautions. If the reaction was an anaphylactic one, consult an allergist before taking it. If just a skin rash, then I am not concerned. In general, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is more allergenic.

Broader Coverage: Avelox has broader coverage and less bacterial resistance and is safe to take But since you have allergy to Levaquin (levofloxacin) be careful and watch if you have symptoms of allergy

All 3 are quinalones: If you had a serious allergic reaction (anaphylaxis, hives. or rash) you should avoid all 3. If you had a side effect from cipro (ciprofloxacin) then you could try one of the other quinalones.
