Neck pain: ...Can have many reasons. Please see a good orthopaedic spine surgeon and have yourself evaluated for the diagnosis. You may have degenerative disc disease, a herniation, or maybe bad facet disease... Treatments vary, and can include neck strengthening and traction which usually works great, unless something else is going on. Good luck!
