Several possibilitie: Rash assessment incorporates location, appearance, duration, itchiness etc. Without looking at it makes the appearance hard to determine. Sun exposure can bring out some reactions. Lotions, sunscreens, poison ivy, etc are all possibilities.

Rash: Could be a few things but look up 5th disease or slapped cheek disease to see if it looks similar. The important issue about this infection is that it can cause problems with an unborn fetus. All the best.
