Raised d dimer test (300) had ct scan on chest, chest xray and cbt and came back fine. i have a ovarian endometrioma (5cm) could the cyst b cancerous?

Not overly likely: Can't say for sure. Probably a better test in this case would be a CA-125, which might be mildly elevated with endometrioma, but much higher with cancer.
