Yes: Could be radiating or referred pain from diaphragm.

Need follow up : you have symptoms that need to be worked up. I would get your primary care and consider getting a imaging to ensure there is no sub diaphragmatic pathology, rare but possible given use of Immune suppression. Serositis alone doesn't explain. Best of luck
