No: Blood in the stool is not a normal occurrence but not related to lupus. If it is fresh blood with wiping after a bowel movement, then hemorrhoids can be suspected as the cause. However, if stools are dark and tar colored, then a bleed from "further upstream" in the GI tract is likely. Constipation my also cause some minor bleeding from straining. See doctor to define cause.
