Highly unusual: I have not seen a dust-allergic patient developing swelling from touching dust although nasal , eye, and respiratory symptoms are common. Please clarify on the type of dust you have been in contact with since I suspect that the problem may be from a chemical in the dust . House dust mite exposure is usually confined to an indoor environment.
