Medications?: Are you taking any medications that could have paresthesias as side effects? You may want to see your MD to have this reviewed if it persists.

See doctor: Although you are young and this is very unlikely, itching can be a sign of liver disease so make sure you see your doctor soon for and exam and lab tests. It can also be that you are having some allergies so try an antihistamine like loratadine and see if that helps. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting exercise.
