How can i tell if my son it starting pueberty? also i see that he has some white stuff forming around his penis he nevera was circuimtsm

Pubic hair, breast b: Pubic hair and breast buds and enlarging genitals are the signs of puberty. The white papilla may be normal corona glandis

Scrotum gets darker: and pubic hair appears

Smegma: This matter called smegma, collects under the foreskin and in order to prevent its accumulation,the foreskin has to be retracted and the penis cleaned with soap and water daily. Signs of puberty include formation of pubic hair,voice change,appearance of some facial hair and occasionally tender nipples as well as enlargement of the penis and testes and Acne may appear on the face.

These tend to occur starting anywhere between the ages of 9 and 11. The white substance you are seeing may be due to not cleaning the head of the penis well enough or not pulling back the foreskin often enough during bathing/showering. Usually don't see sperm until 14ish

Male puberty: Initially testes start to enlarge, followed by growth of penis together with development of pubic hair. Underarm hair growth, voice & voice box changes come later. White stuff from under foreskin is smegma. Think of it as dandruff of penis.Normal occurrence & due to cells shed from inner foreskin.
