Maybe: It depends on the underlying cause and symptoms. There is an entity called autonomic dysreflexia or hyperreflexia that I have seen in spinal cord injury patients. In these cases, removal of the bladder with a urostomy can help. This is done by a urologist. May want to have a consultation with one if this is the problem. Hope this helps!
