Reduce weight: I feel that the best way to lose weight is not by dieting, but by changing your lifestyle to a healthier one. You don't need a drastic diet. Make small changes. Eat the right portions, eat 3-5 small meals a day, cut back on carbs and sugars, increase lean protein/veggie/fruit/water intake, and start doing some cardiovascular exercise. If this doesn't work, weight loss surgery is an option.

Consider: a comprehensive evaluation by your physician before setting out for major weight loss. Get medically cleared. Working with a nutritionist & personal trainer may be very beneficial.Eat healthfully & be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
