A member asked:

Generalized disc bulge with right posterior paracentral type of disc protrusion of l4/l5 i.v disc, canal area 112.11sq.mm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Disc protrusion: From your question, it sounds like you have a focal right paracentral (meaning to the right of midline) disc protrusion (disc poking out) superimposed on a general disc bulge of the disc located between the L4 and L5 lumbar vertebral bodies, that pokes out into the central spinal canal by 1.2 x 1.1 cm. I'm not sure what your question is.
