Depression symptoms: Symptoms of depression include:a loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy, difficulty concentrating, change in sleep and/or appetite, fatigue, feelings of hopelessness, sadness, poor motivation, and irritabiliy. Causes include :family history of depression, medical illnesses (i.E hypothyroidism), side effects from medications, major life stressors, death/loss, substance use and history of abuse.
