Can you clarify?: Relax. I've given myself anisocytosis and occasional hypochromic cells just by frequent blood donations. You need some basic iron studies and a hemoglobin electrophoresis with an eye perhaps to thal minor. If you're iron deficient, the cause needs to be found. If you have thal minor, you need advice on planning a healthy family. Relax and welcome the chance to learn. Best wishes.
