Tonsil stones: Greetings, the tonsil stone is a product of food particles that get smushed from the tongue - tonsil interaction during a swallow. I recommend trying gargling with water, massage with a wet q-tip if you are able to not gag and try to disengage the tonsil stone. If that fails, see your ENT doctor. I have taken out many in the office. Good Luck
