The heart? Subjectiv: Pectoriloquy & fremitus from percussion r subjective, "adventitious" sounds heard by physicians w/ a stethoscope & felt by fingers, respectively. Detecting differences (from L to R but also over time) takes much practice & skill. Both sounds generally point 2 something "not air" in the chest but not necessarily the lungs. I've been misled by adventitious sounds on the left b/c of an enlarged heart
