Really no, read on:: If you follow HealthTap you'll see I have 100s of posts about implantation bleeding is not real. To explain: this is an older "garbage term" in general gynecology textbooks, means loosely "any unexplained bleeding in an early pregnancy." Fair enough, but women hope it means you can tell early (before a test or a period) you are pregnant if you have spotting. Not true, and I hope this helps.
