can implantation bleeding last for 3 or 4 days or longer. i've had a few pains but at night i don't even really bleed?

Implantation bleed: Implantation bleeding usually lasts several days at most. If you expected menses is late, i suggest that you have a home pregnancy test. If you uncertain of the results see a gynecologist.
