Told i had bronchitis over month ago,hasn't gotten better. i feel faint,short of breath on and off and pain in my ribs and shoulder, is it an embolism?

I am not sure: Non smoker, young, female, shortness of breath, chest wall pain, Most probably is related to other conditions, such as bronchiectasis, pleural component, Shortness of breath, which means inadequate chest wall expansion, gas exchange. Requires imaging of the chest (MRI), bronchoscopy, cytology, cultures. even a bronchogram. I have seen Hydatid disease produce same symptoms, bronchiectasis, etc.
