Hot Blooded.: You certainly having some symptoms that are common with erythromelalgia, but to secure that diagnosis, you would need to thoroughly evaluated by a neurologist.

You very well might: I suspect you are correct. Please get seen by your primary care physician; it's very likely you'll need a neurology visit. Trusting you are not B12 deficient, are not taking meds that can do this, and do not have familial amyloid neuropathy.
