Probably not STD: STDs can be transmitted by oral sex, especially fellatio. However, STDs don't cause symptoms like yours. Sounds like you have viral URI, i.e. a cold, not from the oral sex exposure. But you certainly could have caught it just by being that close, and especially if the sexual event included kissing. Ask your partner if he has (or had) a cold. If so, no need to investigate this any further.
