Blood in stool: abnormal and concerning for rectal or colon cancer. Diarrhea is also abnormal, but it is most likely infection. Other possibilities are ulcerative or Crohn's colitis, diverticulitis, or ischemic colitis. You must see a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
