What does it mean if my ultrasound scan report for 8 week growth is normal but no cardiac activity?

Sorry: All living 8 week fetuses should have cardiac activity. An 8 week fetus without cardiac activity has died. If there was any doubt as to whether there was good visualization of the pregnancy a transvaginal scan should have been done. Good luck.
