Too much sleep: Most people require 8 hrs sleep. There are those who function better on 6-7 hrs and those who require 9-10 hrs, but 10-12 is too much. Too much sleep can make you feel kind of "groggy" all day and zap your energy and motivation. Hope that helps thank yo for using Healthtap
