No risk, no worry: Oral sex is virtually zero for some STDs, including HIV. A few cases have been transmitted penis to oral, but no scientifically proved cases mouth to penis, or by cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact) in either direction. So little or no risk from this event. But all non-monogamous sexually active persons should be tested for HIV, so maybe this is a good time, while it's on your mind.
