Dry mouth issue: I am a dentist that has also suffers from this. For dry mouth, I have used xylimelts: http://www.oracoat.com/products/xmdm I have dust mite allergies, and have used covers for the pillows and mattress. An air mattress type bed harbors mold..which I am also allergic to, and found out the hard way. Try one of those air filtration systems, like an ionizer. Don't get one that emits UV light.
