Be proactive about: 1) open communication with a partner/spouse or other supportive people about what you are experiencing and thinking. Recommend setting aside time for daily or weekly "check ins" where concerns, needs, or experiences are expressed and discussed in a supportive way. 2) participate in some activities that are enjoyable, 3) good overall self care and limiting of stress as much as possible.
