See counsellor : First get yourself a good physical from your doctor and discuss if there are any other symptoms or illness one should exclude. A few basic tests that can be done are: CBC ESR THYROID PROFILE, a chemistry profile. If they are fine you need to see a counsellor who can discuss how you are dealing with the problems of school/college. What your goals are & how you are going about achieving them.

Teenage years: can be very difficult. It is not unusual for young women to feel really emotional and moody for a number of reasons, including hormones. This can cause young women to make poor decisions. There are medications that can be very helpful, including hormonal therapies such as birth control pills, and/or SSRIs which are classified as antidepressants but can help stabilize mood and emotions
