Pregnancy can be: a wonderful time, but your body and, at times, your emotions are very taxed. It's a good idea to incorporate relaxation techniques into your day like deep breathing, meditation, and time with supportive friends/significant other. Ask your OGYN how much exercise is safe for you because that can help as well. If you are still feeling overwhelmed, you may want to speak with a therapist.
