Poison Ivy: Likely not the ER unless there are swallowing or breathing problems. Have her seen by her MD or urgent care for treatment. Using Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help. Along with a cool compress. Try not to touch other areas and stay away from the plants. Your doctor may want to give her a course of steroids. All the best.
