See a dermatologist: Are you SURE of the diagnosis? If it is from ivy, it is an allergic reaction which can appear only on areas of skin exposed to the sap from the plant. Why have you not destroyed the ivy? Why are you exposed? You can get relief with clobetasol gel. Get a 60G prescription.
