Jaw cracking: Sound like TMJ ( temporomandibular joint syndrome). The pulse in the ear may be a sensation as a result but would also consider rarely carotid issues though you re extremely young for that and it is unlikely if you do not have elevated blood pressure or an underlying condition like marfan's ehler's Danlos. Follow up with dentist, ENT
