How can you tell if you have a keloid or a wart?

Keloid: A keloid is a very dense enlarged scar; it will usually have a smooth surface of normal or slightly discolored skin. A wart is a proliferation on the surface of the skin involving the epidermis. It will often be crusty, white, with a rough surface.
