Hemorrhage : Your white of your eye likely has a small hemorrhage from the mild eye trauma from pinching the contact lens. It's self limited & usually resolves in a week. The pain should resolve soon. Your eye may feel slight irritated though. Try frequent artificial tears (4-6 times). If your symptoms worsen with any change in vision, seek attention by your eye MD.
