What could be the cause of a tingling sensation in your chest, back and stomach?

Neuropathic maybe or: The order of your symptom onset, ?Use of nsaid's for back pain, ; ? Nausea/vomiting, chest pain, diarrhea, blood, tenderness, fever may better clarify whether your back pain is "referred" (such as from esophagus, pancreas, gallbladder). Maybe also have stomach upset due to nsaid's, ulcer, sluggish emptying, outlet narrowing? Paresthesias can cause symptoms ; have little to do with above GI issues.
