BPV: Sounds like Benign Positional Vertigo. It's not really benign, as it can really be incapacitating. It's often accompanied by nausea, in certain positions. Unfortunately, there's not a great treatment that works for everyone. You can try the Epley Maneuver, which may give some relief. Also, try the dietary supplement Vinpocetine (40 mg/day). Vinpocetine was developed as a drug in Hungary.
