Gastric reflux: Have your medical doctor evaluate you for gastric reflux. They can also give you pointers on how to avoid it. In the mean time try not eating anything for about 2 hours prior to bed time, especially anything containing caffeine. Do not sleep lying flat, prop your self up on a couple of pillows.
