Heart rate: If your baseline heart rate was much higher this drop might be related to switching to Trazodone, which might have more side effects in the cardiovascular system. Your heart rate of 56 is not abnormal, but keep a look at it. When you breath deeply, you get a normal respiratory heart rate change and it might feel like skipping a heart beat. Ask you PCP to get a set of vitals.
