May be normal: Most likely this is a Nabothian Cyst, a mucous filled cyst that can travel down from the upper cervix to the surface in young women. However, you should see your doctor for a pap smear and visual inspection of the cervix to be sure and alleviate any anxiety you may be having regarding this finding.
