Bumps: Its more likely nabothian cysts, but no one can confirm that without an evaluation. The fact is that we should never see cervical cancer in this country, but we still do mostly because of women skipping paps. Its time for a pap and HPV testing now that you're in your 30's. Don't put it off. Many states have programs for free paps like BCCP (Breast cancer cervical cancer prevention).

Abnormal pap: Without examination, we can't know if the bumps on your cervix are cancer or are related to the abnormal pap. Best to see your doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

Maybe (not) . . .: While most cases of abnormal cervix revert to normal, some do progress so without Pap smear, it's useless to speculate. Go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for examination. You may need colposcopy (magnified view) for further evaluation. Don't wait!
